Your family includes anyone who is helping and/or supporting you in your recovery—parents, other relatives, close friends, or neighbors.
They do not have to live with you.

Does your family…

· understand your symptoms?

· know how to help you?

· understand what you need?

· understand your recovery process?

· know how to help you with recovery?

· have a good relationship with you?

The more your family is involved the easier it will be for them to understand your needs.

Family involvement in your recovery can lead to a higher quality of life and a decreased rate of relapse.
