1. Get a notebook and write down all the negative things
you tell yourself (yes seriously do this in writing).
2. When you get that done...your next step will be, using
the phrase “I am” or “I have” — change your words
to positive ones.
For Example:
Negative way to think:
“People think the things I say are stupid.”
Change to:
“I am intelligent and the things I say are worthwhile.”
